With over 14 years of experience in San Diego's real estate scene, I'm a seasoned professional who has seen it all. My journey began with bank-owned properties, but after navigating the challenges of property management and sales, I found my true calling.
In property management, I honed my skills in problem-solving and building strong relationships with tenants and landlords. The responsibility of protecting my clients' assets and future wealth drives me.
When it comes to sales, I take pride in guiding buyers through the complex process of owning a home in San Diego. Handing over keys to new homeowners during closing is the highlight of my work. Much of my sales stem from my property management portfolio, making every transition from investment to residence bittersweet.
My approach revolves around forging solid professional connections, maintaining open and empathetic communication, and ensuring client needs are met. Beyond real estate, community service is close to my heart. I've served on the boards of non-profits like the National Latina Business Association and the San Diego Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Giving back is more than a passion—it's a purpose. I organize annual drives, including a backpack drive in June/July, a shoe drive in October for Soles4Souls, and a revived dress drive in May to support The Princess Project. I currently serve on the boards of Us4Warriors and Media Arts Center, as well as the committee for Logan Heights CDC.
