Since he was active and after retirement, he has been passionate about educating people on how to use real estate as an investment, inform Veterans and Service members on how to best utilize  their VA loan benefits and so much more! In his spare time you can find Carlos working on his ranch which he operates with his wife or hangin out with friends surfing throughout North County San Diego.
